Intervention Results: The patient was dealing with a host of negative effects due to the cancer, surgery, and opiate use. CBD substantially improved her life, helping her becme pain-free for the first time in 2 years since surgery. She was able to better control her bowels as well. As importantly, she was able to completely or almost completely eliminate opiates
